What’s Covered

Individual Owners - Our products are protected against manufacturer defects like peeling, flaking, blistering, cracking, or unusual fading during normal use. We offer different coverage depending on the material:

  • Standard Vinyl Fencing: Lifetime warranty for the original purchaser
  • Woodgrain Vinyl: 25-year limited warranty
  • Black Vinyl: 10-year limited warranty
  • Aluminum Fencing: 10-year limited warranty
  • Accessories, Post Caps, & Hardware: 2-5 year warranty, based on product, from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects.
  • Warranty is Non-Transferable

 Materials purchased or installed upon property owned by - corporations, government agencies, non-profit entities, partnerships, schools, condominiums or any housing complex, apartments, or any type of premises not used by individual residential homeowners.

  • Standard Vinyl Fencing: 20-year warranty for the original purchaser
  • Woodgrain Vinyl: 10-year limited warranty
  • Black Vinyl: 10-year limited warranty
  • Aluminum Fencing: 5-year limited warranty
  • Accessories, Post Caps, & Hardware: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects

 

What’s Not Covered

We want to keep things fair and realistic. This warranty does not cover:

  • Products stored improperly for long periods before installation
  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or neglect
  • Natural wear from weather, sunlight, or time
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Damage from extreme weather or natural disasters
  • Labor costs, removal, or reinstallation (unless we say otherwise in writing)
  • No action arising out of the transaction under this agreement, regardless of form, may be brought by purchaser more than one year after the cause of action has occurred.
